INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND ONLINE APPLICATION

The applicant must have the following before registration and filling up the Online Application Form:

1. A valid email account, which has not been used by any other applicant.

2. A valid phone number, which will be used to send all necessary information/ updates to the applicant. It is not necessary that the applicant must have mobile connection in his/her name.

3. Scanned copy of a recent passport size colour photograph with light background in .JPG/ .JPEG format and size should not be more than 100 kb.

4. Scanned copy of signature of the applicant (.jpg/.jpeg format) as per specification given below:
   a. The applicant should sign clearly on white paper with Blue/Black pen.
   b. The scanned image should be clear and the aspect ratio of image should not be changed
   c. Size of file (.jpg/ .jpeg format) should not be more than 100 KB.

5. The candidate should keep ready all the educational & academic documents, birth, caste & domicile certificate, experience certificates and all other relevant documents in soft copies i.e. in pdf format and the size of each pdf should not be more than 4 MB.

6. Only first page of documents/ publication/ research papers/ books/ articles/ book chapters/ proceedings etc. should be scanned and uploaded as pdf format. If required, 1-2 more pages may be attached in the pdf.

7. Attaching/ uploading unnecessary or irrelevant pages/ documents should be avoided.

8. For any “QUERY REGARDING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM”, the applicant may send their queries to: support[dot]rms[at]rvskvv[dot]net in on working days.

   No Information will be given personally to any candidate

9. Please mention the following details in your email-

   1. Your Name

   2. Name of the post applied

   3. Your Application ID Number

   4. Your Registered Mobile Number

   5. Your Registered Email ID

   6. Issue/error screenshot (.jpg/.pdf)

10. The candidates are also requested to visit the university website for any corrigendum/ information related to the advertisement.
